Japan / Myanmar
The FMM mission in Japan began in 1898, establishing a long legacy of community support, healthcare, and pastoral care that recently marked its 125th Anniversary.
The FMM mission in Myanmar began in Mandalay in 1898 when pioneer sisters arrived to care for lepers, later expanding to the Kachin State in 1923 to open the Ave Maria convent, orphanages, and schools.

Malaysia
The FMM mission in Malaysia began in Petaling Jaya, followed by expansion to the East Coast — Kuantan (1955) and Kota Bharu (1962) — serving Catholic minorities among predominantly Muslim populations.

Singapore
FMM Sisters arrived in Singapore in 1953, founding Maris Stella Convent on Holland Road — the first FMM convent in Singapore. Today the community runs three fraternities, schools, a kindergarten, social ministries, and a vestment workroom.
