One Region, Five Countries, One Mission

Welcome to FMM JASMYM — the region of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary spanning Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Our Sisters belong to a congregation of more than 6,200 women religious of 79 nationalities, serving in around 800 mission houses across five continents. Across four very different countries and cultures in this region, we remain one family, bound by the same charism given to our Foundress, Blessed Mary of the Passion, in 1877.
